Udon Noodles Vegetables

I want to try a new chinese dish, what should I try?
I am tired of ordering the same thing from chinese restaurants. I’d like to try something new, but there are so many choices!
I really like thick noodles, like Udon Noodles. Also like spicy and vegetables and either chicken or shrimp or no meat at all.
What did you tried before??? Sweet and sour dishes? Egg foo young?
