Udon Noodles Salad

Good diet? Tell me if I need to tweak it.?
Breakfast: 1/2 cup Special K Red Berries cereal with 1/2 cup almond milk and either Yoplait Light yogurt or a whole banana (should I do a 1/2 banana instead?) OR a smoothie made w/ 1/2 cup fruit 1 yogurt and 1/2 cup almond milk
Lunch: Special K Protein Shake or Special K cereal bar (I have 3 bars left so I’ll finish those first)
Dinner: Salad or udon noodles with vegetables tossed in or other vegetarian friendly meals
60 minutes exercise daily
@Stephen: There’s nothing wrong with eating the same thing daily so shut the f*ck up.

lunch:no, eat something else,imo tuna fish on wheat bread is a great lunch. or chicken.
dinner: a salad is good, what i do is put some low fat sheared cheese, thin slices of ham, some crackers and low fat ranch on my salad.
look up some more food thats good for a diet. good luck
