Udon Noodles Protein

how should I change my diet to build more muscle?
I currently eat honey nut cheerios with 2% mild every morning, then lunch is usually a sandwitch with and orange, sometimes it is a Japanese dish like udon or soba noodles. Dinner about a third of the time is pasta, sometimes bbq chicken… more variety then the rest of the meals. Should I increase my protein intake and decrease my Carbs?
I’m 18, 6 foot 2, and weigh 150 lbs. And I usually lift weights every other day and ride a stationary bike for half and hour all of the other days.
I would like to see results also by July this year. I am very commited to this…

oops I spelled milk wrong! lol, O don’t mean mild
protein is what you need for muscle growth. If you have trouble with it invest in a good protein powder.
oh and make sure to have a good helping of protein right after a workout, because that when your muscles need it the most for repair and growth.
