Udon Noodles Peanut Sauce
What shall I get at Wagamama?
I always have Amai Udon when I go to Wagamama:
“udon noodles with a sweet tamarind sauce, teppan-fried with
egg, fried tofu, prawns, red onions, leeks and beansprouts.
topped with crushed roasted peanuts and a wedge of lime”

@dani t – thanks for that. I have seen the Chicken Katsu Curry, I am tempted to try it!
chicken katsu curry is popular. it’s just chicken breast in breadcrumbs with rice and a curry sauce. or the vegetarian option which is yasai katsu curry. it’s the same but sweet potato aubergine and butternut squash in breadcrumbs instead of chicken.
get edamame beans with salt and duck gyoza as a started! my favourite
