Udon Noodles Beef Recipe

Zucchini
Onions
Red Capsicum
Broccoli
Udon Noodles
Carrot
Egg
Garlic
Beef Strips
Honey
Oyster Sauce
Soy Sauce
Cabbage
Coriander
Basil
you can make quite a lovely stirfry with a nice sauce. add about 3 or 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and about a tablespoon of honey to a food processor, along with about 2 cloves of garlic and about a quarter of an onion diced up and blend until smooth. Grate the carrot, dice the zucchini, and cut the broccoli into smaller pieces. cook the udon noodles according the the package and throw some shredded up cabbage into the water. udon usually takes about 15 minutes. saute the beef until halfway done then throw in the veggies. cook until veggies are the consistency you like then add the sauce. once the noodles and cabbage are done, rinse them and add them to the beef mixture. saute for a few mins then serve and enjoy! good luck.
