Are Ramen Noodles bad for your health?
They’re so cheap AND taste good (like $.15 per packet unless the price has gone up with the falling economy) that there must be a catch. High sodium? IDK
I eat an egg every morning so that’s salted to taste. I have a saltilicious life^^
Aw yeah! I made them with chili once, I’ve cut-up a hot dog to go with it, hamburger…
Yum! Is there an easier meal? Unfortunately, yes, high sodium and tons of carbs with no fibre. Maybe hrow some veggies and lean meat on top to balance it out, and bon appetit!
