The third salad is referred to as the Chirashi salad which is made up of a mix of raw fish and salad served on a bed of rice. People will be charged five pounds and seventy five pence when they order this salad. The fourth salad is known as the standard Grilled Chicken Salad which is honey and soya sauce marinated chicken, grilled and served up on a bed of ‘melove’ salad.
