Soba Noodles Tofu

I need healthy lunch ideas!?
I don’t know what I should make for lunch! I don’t have a lot of ingredients at home, so I usually end up making a veggie and tofu stir-fry with soba noodles or steamed dumplings that I am sick of now! I need lunch ideas that are easy, contains common ingredients (I don’t have much at home), and are healthy and low calorie. I’d like something that has lots of veggies and lean protein (or tofu) and not too many carbs (if there are any please whole grain!) Please no pasta-noodles or sandwiches. Help please! Thanks!
I usually take a salad (you can add hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, cheese, etc…) and whatever fruits and/or vegetables I have around the house. It sounds boring, but if you buy different types of fruits and vegetables every week, it keeps it interesting.
You can also try making a variety of wraps or sandwiches with health-conscious bread.
