Soba Noodles Stir Fry Recipes
Recipes for udon, soba, and somen noodles? ?
I just got a few packages of udon, soba, and somen noodles, and other than putting them in stir-frys, I’m not really sure what to do with them. My family are all big noodle fans, but they’re not really big on “Asian” flavors (like ginger, sesame, etc.). Anyone have any recipes I can try with these noodles? Thanks!
