Soba Noodles Soup
Recipe for Cold Soba and Hot Chicken Noodle Soup?
I had something at a restaurant in Japan called ‘Cold Soba and Hot Chicken Noodle Soup’. We would take the noodles and put them in the chicken broth. Does anyone have a recipe for something like this? I don’t really want soup with soba already in it…

you make the noodles, and keep them in a bowl with ice, then dip your noodles in Tonkatsu. It is very good, and very inexpensive. The website is wonderful to try new foods. Good luck!
