Soba Noodles Shrimp

What could I make for dinner with this?

Almost no fresh food in the house – I have standard pantry basics (spices, flours, oils, eggs, milk), and:
Shrimp, tofu, chickpeas, soba noodles, red lentils, cucumbers, oranges, onions, baby arugula, r&w wine, yogurt, and cheddar cheese.

If I were you, I’d open and drain the can of chickpeas and allow them to dry. Then dust them with flour and your choice of salts or spices. Fry them in a basic oil (vegetable or canola) over medium-high heat until they get dark and thoroughly crunchy.

Add the fried chickpeas to a salad with baby arugula, chopped onions and cucumbers, and cheese.
