Ramen Nyc

Authentic Fresh Japanese Ramen?
Can anyone suggest a good Ramen noodle restaraunt in NYC? I’m tired of eating all the pseudo/instant ramen whose noodles are already fried.
I’m looking to treat my palate to some fresh non-fried ramen!
