Ramen Noodle Soup Broth
Can you make egg drop soup with Ramen Noodles?
i saw it on youtube, but i couldnt tell, what was the egg from the noodles itself. can you just make the broth instead of using the noodles? whats the easiest or the cheapest way to make it without messing it up?
I do it all the time. Put a scant 1/4 cup more water in the pot than the instructions call for. After your noodles are done, and before adding seasoning pack, gently stir in your lightly beaten egg. Make sure water is very hot, but not at a rolling boil. After the egg, add the seasoning and enjoy.
