Ramen Little Tokyo Los Angeles

Have you been to Little Tokyo in Los Angeles?
Oh gosh I totally love it there! They have so many sushi and ramen bars! What do you like about it? Please recommend a store to go to.
Little Tokyo is quite small, actually. There are several Sushi and Ramen bars, and one nice japanese market right in the plaza area.
My biggest recommendation is a little place in the plaza area called ‘Shabu Shabu House’.
If you are familiar with Shabu Shabu, this little place has probably the best (read most authentic) that you will find in the US.
If you are not familiar with it, it will be a great experience. It is a Japanse version of Hot Pot or Fondue, and is extremely delicious! Customersd all sit at a counter that sorrounds the service area. You are given a pot of boiling water (on a hot plate), dish of meat and veggies, rice and two sauces: Ponzu (a citrus-soy sauce) and Goma (a sweet sesame sauce). You cook the meat and veggies and dip them in the sauces… YUM!!!!
When finished, some people (Me included) take the some water the food cooked in and put it in a bowl with some of the leftover sauces. This makes a WONDERFUL broth.
Anyhow, the place in Little Tokyo is EXTREMELY popular. It is very much a hole in the wall in terms of atmosphere, but it is truly awesome. Be prepared to wait an hour to be seated, however. During your hour wait, you can stroll around the plaza, visit the Japanese grocery store, etc.
