Ramen Calories

ramen calories
How much fat is in beef broth (from ramen noodles)?

I am having some dental work done tomorrow and will most likely be put on a liquid diet for a few days. Are most of the calories in ramen noodles from the broth or the noodles?

All of the calories are from the noodles. They are deep-fried in oil. Ramen noodles have very little nutrition, a fair amount of fat, and a ton of salt. Not a healthy option. Try home-made chicken broth instead. Rice (preferably brown), oatmeal, scrambled egg, mashed vegetables (sweet potatoes, carrots, turnips), split pea or black bean soup are all much better choices.

Stuff I like – grocery haul with new stuff!
